The iPhone Makes a Good Kitchen Timer

I'm serious, the iPhone makes the perfect kitchen timer. Using the timer under the clock function, set the alert sound to alarm, and you'll see exactly what I mean. Helped me broil a perfect steak tonight.

  1. You might like to try my talking countdown timer for the iPhone, VoiceCount. It makes spoken announcements during the countdown which means that you don't have to keep looking at it to tell how much time is left. Just search for VoiceCount in the iTunes App Store or follow this link www.solnetsolutions.co.nz/voicecount.

  2. We live in 2010. Most of the ktchen timers are old fashioned and are not integrated in the hig-tech kitchens. Therefore I asked designe Thomas Valcke (Athoms) for designing a completly new kitchen timer called Koronos with a visibility from 4 meters and no instructions and fit for use.
Soon we will have a matrix evaluation chart for kitchen timers.
